Add a new dimension to your potatoes with some our French dressing and a little cheese
What You'll Need
1kgred pontiac potatoes
2celery stalks, sliced
2spring onions, finely sliced
¼ cupchopped parsley
½ cupPraise Deli Style French Vinaigrette
What to Do
Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water and a tablespoon of salt. Bring to the boil and then turn down heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until a knifepoint passes through without pressure. Drain and cut into halves or quarters for larger potatoes.
Toss potatoes in a bowl with celery, spring onions, parsley and vinaigrette and season with salt and pepper. Top with crumbled feta.
