Waldorf Salad Nibbles

Creamy waldorf served on pieces of celery, we've worked out how to eat salad with your fingers!

 

Praise Tips: Use the wider end of the celery to cut into pieces, they hold the filling better.

To toast walnuts, place on an oven tray and roast at 180oC for 7 minutes, or until lightly toasted.


What You'll Need

  • ½ cup Praise Traditional Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 pink lady apples, diced
  • 5 celery stalks, 2 diced and 3 cut into 6-10cm pieces
  • ½ cup walnuts, roasted and chopped
  • 1 cup red grapes, cut in half

What to Do

  1. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, apple, diced celery and walnut pieces in a bowl and season to taste.
  2. Arrange the celery pieces on a serving platter and top each with a generous spoonful of salad mixture and the sliced grapes.
