Wagyu Beef Burger

Try this delicious homemade burger topped off with our Praise Deli Style Caramelised Onion mayonnaise.


What You'll Need

  • 800g Wagyu beef mince
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 rashers bacon
  • 4 artisan buns
  • rocket leaves
  • tomato relish
  • Praise Deli Style Carmelised Onion Mayonnaise
  • Pickles to serve

What to Do

  1. Knead the mince in a mixing bowl and season.
  2. Divide mince equally into 4. Wet hands and roll each portion into balls then flatten into patties.
  3. Heat BBQ grill to high and cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, turning once. Remove patties and top with Swiss cheese. Grill bacon rashers and toast buns.
  4. Top each bun base with rocket leaves, tomato relish, cheese topped beef pattie, bacon rasher and a good squeeze of Praise Deli Style Caramelised Onion Mayonnaise. Serve with pickles.
