Tuna and Mayo Sandwich on Rye Bread
What You'll Need
tinned tuna in brine
Praise Whole Egg Mayonnaise
sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
Helga’s Light Rye sliced bread
mixed salad leaves
What to Do
Flake the tuna with a fork and mix with Praise Whole Egg Mayonnaise in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Top bread slices with mixed salad leaves and tomato slices. Add spoonfuls of tuna and mayo mix.
