Tuna and Mayo Sandwich on Rye Bread


What You'll Need

  • 200g tinned tuna in brine
  • ½ cup Praise Whole Egg Mayonnaise
  • sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
  • 4 slices Helga‚Äôs Light Rye sliced bread
  • mixed salad leaves
  • tomatoes, sliced

What to Do

  1. Flake the tuna with a fork and mix with Praise Whole Egg Mayonnaise in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Top bread slices with mixed salad leaves and tomato slices. Add spoonfuls of tuna and mayo mix.
