If you prefer to use chicken drumsticks or drumettes, increase the cooking time by 15 minutes and use as finger food with aioli for dipping. If you like a little spice, add 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper to the crumb mixture.

2 cupscornflake crumbs
1 tablespoongarlic powder
1 tablespoononion powder
4brioche buns, split, grilled
200gbag coleslaw mix
What to Do
In a large bowl combine chicken and Praise Deli Style Classic Aioli, using hands to coat chicken well. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 2 hours.
Preheat oven 190°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
In a shallow dish, combine crumbs with spices. Toss chicken in crumb mixture to coat. Arrange in a single layer on tray and spray with oil.
Bake 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden. Cool on tray.
Serve chicken warm or cold, in a brioche bun, with slaw mixed with extra Aioli.
