Smoked Salmon, Pear and Apple Coleslaw


What You'll Need

  • 50g baby spinach leaves
  • 3 cups green cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 cup carrot, finely shredded
  • 200g sliced smoked salmon, roughly torn
  • 1 large Granny Smith apple, cut into small cubes
  • 1 firm Bartlett pear, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup sultanas
  • ½ cup pine nuts, toasted and chopped
  • ½ cup Praise Deli Style Coleslaw dressing
  • sea salt and fresh ground black pepper

What to Do

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and season to taste.
  2. Refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.
