Pulled Pork and Slaw Rolls

The combination of BBQ pork and creamy coleslaw will be a new family favourite

 

Praise Tip: You can also use your favourite slow cooker pulled pork recipe if you prefer.


What You'll Need

  • 1kg pulled pork in BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot julienned (or shredded through food processor)
  • 1 cup Praise Coleslaw Dressing
  • 12 long rolls (Vietnamese style if available)
  • 100g baby spinach leaves

What to Do

  1. Heat the BBQ pulled pork on a low heat to keep it moist.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbages and carrot with the coleslaw dressing.
  3. Cut the rolls lengthways, hinged.
  4. Layer base of the roll with spinach leaves, pulled pork and coleslaw and more spinach if desired and serve.
