Prawn Sliders with Seafood Sauce

Butter lettuce and king prawns topped with our seafood sauce in a toasted roll, a tasty combination everyone will love


What You'll Need

  • 1 telegraph cucumber, peeled, cut lengthways and thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp caster sugar
  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
  • ½ medium Spanish onion, thinly sliced
  • butter
  • 12 small rolls or brioche style buns
  • 1 butter lettuce
  • 24 large king prawns, peeled and deveined
  • Praise Seafood Sauce

What to Do

  1. Prepare a fresh cucumber pickle by dissolving the caster sugar in the vinegar and marinating the cucumber slices and onion. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut open rolls and butter generously and toast under the grill or on a hot fry pan.
  3. Build the sliders with lettuce topped with the cucumber pickle, 2 king prawns and a dollop of seafood sauce.
