Pink Salmon and Mayo Sandwich on Rye Bread
What You'll Need
tinned pink salmon in brine
Praise Whole Egg Mayonnaise
zest 1 lime
sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
Helga’s Light Rye sliced bread
What to Do
Flake salmon with a fork and mix with Praise Whole Egg Mayonnaise in a bowl. Add lime zest and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Top the bread with watercress, cucumber and Spanish onion then add spoonfuls of the salmon and mayo mix.
