Pink Salmon and Mayo Sandwich on Rye Bread

What You'll Need

  • 200gm tinned pink salmon in brine
  • ½ cup Praise Whole Egg Mayonnaise
  • zest 1 lime
  • sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
  • 4 slices Helga‚Äôs Light Rye sliced bread

What to Do

  1. Flake salmon with a fork and mix with Praise Whole Egg Mayonnaise in a bowl. Add lime zest and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Top the bread with watercress, cucumber and Spanish onion then add spoonfuls of the salmon and mayo mix.
