PERI PERI MEATBALL WRAP

TIP: If preferred, arrange on a lined oven tray, spray with oil and bake in a moderate oven 10-15 minutes until cooked through.


What You'll Need

  • 500g beef mince
  • ¾ cup Praise Deli Style Peri Peri Mayonnaise, plus extra to serve
  • ½ cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 240g packet burrito tortillas, warmed
  • 200g bag coleslaw mix
  • ¼ cup coriander leaves, plus extra to serve

What to Do

  1. In a bowl combine mince with Praise Deli Style Peri Peri Mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, ground cumin and ground coriander. Season to taste and mix well.
  2. Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls. Arrange on a lined tray.
  3. In a large frying pan, heat oil on medium. Cook meatballs, turning, 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Wrap meatballs in tortilla with combined coleslaw mix and coriander, drizzled with extra Peri Peri Mayonnaise.
