Peri Peri Lamb Wraps

What You'll Need

  • 300g lamb leg steak
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 4 Helga‚Äôs Multigrain Wraps
  • Praise Deli Style Peri Peri Mayonnaise
  • 2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 120g haloumi cheese, sliced
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced

What to Do

  1. Coat lamb with paprika and season with salt and pepper. Stand for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a fry pan with oil and cook lamb for 3-4 minutes a side. Rest for 5 minutes then slice thickly.
  3. Meanwhile fry onion and haloumi for 2-3 minutes while lamb rests.
  4. Add some mayo to the centre of each wrap, then top with shredded lettuce, haloumi, tomato, onion and sliced lamb. Drizzle over more Peri Peri mayonnaise, roll up each wrap and serve.
