Peri Peri Chicken Fajitas
What You'll Need
sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
red capsicum, sliced thinly
green capsicum, sliced thinly
brown onion, sliced thinly
chicken breasts, sliced into 2cm strips

avocado, peeled and sliced
What to Do
Mix olive oil with smoked paprika, cumin powder, garlic powder and salt & pepper. Toss in capsicums, onion and chicken to marinate.
Heat frying pan and cook the fajita mix in batches to keep pan hot and fajita mix dry. Return batches to pan to reheat then turn off heat and stir through Praise Deli Style Peri Peri Mayonnaise.
Top tortillas with chicken mix, cheese, coriander and avocado. Squeeze lime and extra Praise Deli Style Peri Peri Mayonnaise to serve.
