Lamb and Feta Sliders with Mint Aioli

Mini burgers with succulent lamb patties and minted aioli... one is never enough

What You'll Need

  • 1 kg lamb mince
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup Praise Deli Style Classic Aioli
  • 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced
  • 12 small rolls or brioche style buns
  • 1 small Spanish onion, thinly sliced
  • 200g feta

What to Do

  1. In a medium bowl mix lamb mince, oregano, paprika and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper. Form mixture into 12 balls and flatten into patties slightly larger than buns.
  2. In a small bowl combine the aioli with chopped mint, lemon juice and ground cumin. On a heated BBQ flat plate, cook lamb patties. Cut buns in half, dip bun face into olive oil and toast on BBQ.
  3. Build the sliders with cucumber slices on the bottom, lamb pattie, sliced onion, mint aioli and crumble feta on top then serve.
