Cucumber and Red Cabbage Slaw

What You'll Need

  • sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 telegraph cucumber, sliced lengthways and deseeded
  • ½ small red cabbage, finely shredded
  • 100g snow peas, top and tailed, sliced
  • 2 spring onions, finely sliced
  • ½ cup Praise Deli Style Coleslaw dressing
  • Juice of ½ lime

What to Do

  1. Sprinkle salt over the cucumber and refrigerate for 30 minutes. After, wash off salt, pat dry with paper towel and slice thinly.
  2. Mix the cucumber slices, shredded cabbage, sliced snow peas and spring onions with Praise Deli Style Coleslaw dressing, lime juice and salt and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.
