What to Do
Cook frozen whiting fillets and chips following packet directions.
Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise, herbs, onion and gherkin
to make tartare sauce.
Serve fish and chips with tartare sauce, garnished with lemon wedges
TIP: If using an oven to cook the fish and chips simultaneously, follow the chip
