Coleslaw with Apple and Toasted Pecans

Slices of green apple and toasted pecans give Coleslaw a new look


Praise Tip: To toast pecan nuts, place on an oven tray and roast at 180°C for 7 minutes, or until lightly toasted.

What You'll Need

  • 3 cups finely shredded green cabbage
  • 1½ cups finely shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 1 green apple, cored and thinly sliced
  • ½ cup toasted pecans, coarsely chopped
  • ½ cup Praise Coleslaw Dressing

What to Do

  1. Combine cabbages, carrot, apple and pecans in a large bowl.
  2. Add dressing and toss to combine.
