CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD

TIP: Add some parsley leaves and chopped avocado if liked.


What You'll Need

  • 4 slices sour dough bread, torn into pieces
  • 4 rashers rindless bacon
  • 2 baby cos, washed, leaves roughly torn
  • ½ barbecue chicken, flesh shredded
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, halved
  • 1 small red onion, finely sliced
  • ¼ cup shaved parmesan
  • ½ cup Praise Deli Style Lemon Aioli

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Line 2 oven trays with baking paper
  2. Arrange bread in a single layer on one tray. Arrange bacon on second tray.
  3. Bake, 7-8 minutes, turning bread once, until bread and bacon are crisp and golden. Break bacon into chunks.
  4. Arrange lettuce on a serving platter. Top with chicken, bacon, croutons, eggs, onion and parmesan. Season and drizzle with Praise Deli Style Lemon Aioli just before serving.
