Combine 2 tbsp of olive oil with paprika, thyme and salt and
pepper in a bowl. Toss through steaks and marinate for 10
minutes. Cook steaks on high, 4 minutes per side. Remove
and top each with Gruyere cheese.
Toast 8 bread slices on the BBQ with olive oil.
Slice the cheese topped steaks and divide over the 4
sandwiches, with layers of cos lettuce, tomato and a generous
squeeze of Praise Deli Style Caramelised Onion Mayonnaise.
Top toasted sandwich and serve with pickles.
