Buffalo Chicken Salad

What You'll Need

  • 12 chicken tenders
  • 2 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup hot chilli sauce
  • 2 large carrots, grated or shaved into ribbons with vegetable peeler
  • 3 large celery sticks, thinly sliced
  • 1 red delicious apples, cored and thinly sliced
  • 200g mixed leaf salad
  • ½ cup Praise Deli Style Ranch Dressing

What to Do

  1. Combine the salt, garlic and chilli sauce in a bowl then coat over chicken strips. Cover with cling film and marinate in the fridge for 3 hours.
  2. After 3 hours, preheat oven to 220°C. Line a baking tray with foil and place a wire rack on top. Spray the rack with cooking oil. Place chicken on the wire rack and spray with cooking oil. Bake for 10 minutes before turning and spraying again then baking for another 5 minutes.
  3. Mix the shaved carrots, sliced celery, apple and mixed leaves in a bowl. Top with chicken strips and Praise Deli Style Ranch Dressing.
