Birds Eye Deli Fish with Broccolini and Praise Aioli

What to Do
DELI FISH — Preheat oven to 200⁰C.
Place frozen Birds Eye Fish Fillets on a non-stick oven tray.
Bake for 27 minutes, carefully turning after 13 minutes.
BROCCOLINI & TOMATOES — Trim ½cm off the base of broccolini, wash and shake dry. Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
Drop broccolini into a saucepan of boiling salted water.
Cook for 2 minutes or until bright green and stalks are just tender. Drain.
Refresh in cold water. Drain well, pat dry with paper towel.
Grill the cherry tomatoes on medium heat for 2-3mins
Place some of the brocollini & tomatoes on a plate with Deli Fish. Squeeze aioli and sprinkle flaked almonds on top and serve.
