Birds Eye Deli Fish with Broccolini and Praise Aioli

What You'll Need

  • 1 Fillet Birds Eye lemon & Herb Deli Fish
  • 1 Bunch Broccolini
  • 6 Cherry tomatoes
  • Praise Deli Style Classic Aioli
  • Flaked Almonds
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt

What to Do

  1. DELI FISH — Preheat oven to 200⁰C.
  2. Place frozen Birds Eye Fish Fillets on a non-stick oven tray.
  3. Bake for 27 minutes, carefully turning after 13 minutes.
  4. BROCCOLINI & TOMATOES — Trim ½cm off the base of broccolini, wash and shake dry. Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
  5. Drop broccolini into a saucepan of boiling salted water.
  6. Cook for 2 minutes or until bright green and stalks are just tender. Drain.
  7. Refresh in cold water. Drain well, pat dry with paper towel.
  8. Grill the cherry tomatoes on medium heat for 2-3mins
  9. Place some of the brocollini & tomatoes on a plate with Deli Fish. Squeeze aioli and sprinkle flaked almonds on top and serve.
