TIP: If you can’t get olive sourdough you can use any bread and add 10 sliced Kalamata olives to recipe.
What You'll Need
24green king prawns, shelled and deveined
Praise Deli Style Creamy Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette
4thick slices olive sourdough
2baby cos lettuce, washed and quartered
½ cupshaved Parmesan cheese
What to Do
Heat BBQ grill and plate on medium heat. Brush olive oil on prawns, prosciutto slices and sourdough slices then season all with salt and pepper. Cook prawns on the grill and prosciutto on the flat plate until prawns are cooked through and prosciutto is crispy. Toast sourdough on the grill until well toasted on each side. Tear the prosciutto and sourdough into bite sized pieces.
Arrange cos lettuce quarters on a large platter and top with the BBQ’d prawns, prosciutto and sourdough. Dress with a generous splash of the roasted garlic dressing. Sprinkle over with shaved Parmesan and zest the lemon over the top. Serve with lemon wedges.
