BBQ Chicken and Mayo Sandwich on Rye Bread


What You'll Need

  • 2 chicken breasts, butterflied
  • olive oil
  • ½ cup Praise Whole Egg Mayonnaise
  • sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 4 slices Helga‚Äôs Light Rye sliced bread
  • 1 avocado, peeled and sliced

What to Do

  1. Pre heat BBQ grill. Season fillets with salt and pepper and brush grill with olive oil. BBQ the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side then slice into small strips. Mix the chicken with Praise Whole Egg Mayonnaise in a bowl and season to taste.
  2. Place iceberg lettuce onto bread. Top with the BBQ chicken and mayo mix with slices of avocado.
