Alfredo Chicken Bacon Pizza with Aioli


What You'll Need

  • 200g cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup Praise Deli Style Classic Aioli
  • 2 large pizza bases
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • ¼ red onion, finely sliced
  • 6 button mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 rashers bacon, chopped into bite sized pieces

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C. Spread 2 tbsp of aioli over each pizza base. Sprinkle one handful of mozzarella over each pizza and top with spinach, sliced onion, mushrooms, shredded chicken and bacon pieces. Sprinkle remainder of mozzarella.
  2. Cook for 15 minutes or until pizza base is golden. Zig zag extra aioli over pizzas. Slice into 8 pieces to serve.
